Spectacular, a Wedding, & Bands?
Hey Yall Hey! Welcome back to Let Me Tell You! Some interesting things have happened since the last time we’ve come together here. Yall know how we do on this series, lets get into this countdown!
5. Jordan Fisher is Off The Market!
Well ladies, Jordan Fisher has officially said I do! Jordan Fisher and Ellie Woods tied the knot in a private after-hours ceremony at Disney World on November 21st. Who doesn’t want to get married in front of Cinderella’s castle?? A true dream! Instead of having a dinner and dance party to keep their loved ones safe, they simply shared a first dance, had cake, and then rode off in a vintage car down Main Street to Fisher’s song, “Happily Ever After,” which he recorded for the fireworks that take place at Magic Kingdom. Congratulations to this beautiful couple!
4. Grab That Dining Reservation!
At Magic Kingdom, Crystal Palace will reopen on December 13th as a “family-style dining experience”. It is normally a character dining buffet. It will offer lunch and dinner. To eat at Crystal Palace, visitors must have a date-specific theme-park reservation, not just a restaurant reservation. On December 17th, Tomorrowland Terrace will reopen. It will serve select menu items from the park’s still-closed Columbia Harbour House, including lobster rolls! Both of these dining options have been closed since the theme parks shut down in mid-March. Bon Appetit!
3. Are You Ready To Park Hop?
Disney World is bringing back Park Hopping on January 1st, 2021. To park hop, you will have to make a reservation to the first park you plan to visit in the day. Also, you will only be allowed to hop between parks from 2 p.m. until closing. I personally have not been to the parks this year, but I believe not parking hopping was to slow down/eliminate the spread of COVID and seeing how not much will change from now to January 1st, I am a bit concerned that this could be to soon. If you plan on park hopping starting next month, have fun and be safe!
2. Come Get Y'all Friend!
Whew chile! Pretty Ricky’s Spectacular was arrested at Disney World after alleged altercation with a cast member on November 29th. So to make a long story short, Spectacular was “joking” about having covid, a cast member told him it wasn’t funny (and it’s not!) and then asks him to get out of line. Things then get physically with Spectacular punching the cast member and getting arrested and receiving a misdemeanor battery charge. Spectacular proceeds to post on his Instagram stories that the media will put out a one sided story even without facts and that his fans know his characters. Okay sis.
1. 20 Bands!
Disney World donated $20,000 in wishing well coins to the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida for Thanksgiving. The coins were collected from the wishing well at Cinderella’s Castle, along the waterways of the “It’s a Small World” ride, and in fountains throughout the local parks. Disney’s chefs also cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for 650 coalition residents and other homeless guests. We love to see it!
